Do $1 backers get access to the Pledge Manager?

Yes! You will gain access to the PM and be able to purchase the games and upgrades/expansions a la carte. However, discounted pricing will not be available and neither will any cross promotional content.

Is there a Retailer Pledge?

Yes, we offer a retailer pledge for $5 as a credit towards a retail purchase once our pledge manager opens. Simply choose the “Retailer Pledge” and we’ll let you know how to complete your order. This process will vary depending on your region, import fees, and applicable taxes. All retailer pledges will require verification oof their business prior to fulfillment.

Can I get Headliner in my language?

Headliner and all promo content will be physically printed in English, only. We will provide digital rulebook translations for all rulebooks in the following languages: Spanish, German, French.

What will storage look like for the game components?

Headliner will include a paper insert and will fit all mini-expansions and components.

What is the box size?

Headliner is sized at 19014051mm (The same as Jingle Bell Roll), and will fit in the Modern Meeple bag!

I live outside the US. Can I purchase any other games in your current catalog?

As of right now, we can only offer Garden Club and/or Petal since these crowdfunding campaign will be fulfilling around the same time. We hope to be able to offer more of our catalog outside of the US soon, and are exploring options to make that happen now. It is certainly our goal for everyone to experience our games regardless of their location! We are a small team and these logistics take time, we appreciate your patience.

Will there be local pickup options to save shipping costs?

You bet! We will have two options to receive your pledge: shipping or local pickup. If you are local to Memphis, TN (or just want to meet us in person to pick up your pledge), we will let you know when and where our local pick up party will take place! No shipping charges will be included for local pickup, but tax will still be applied in the pledge manager. More details to come.

What is your refund policy?

We will be able to offer refunds up until two weeks after the campaign ends. Due to manufacturing logistics and our timeline to deliver swiftly, we cannot issue full refunds after this date. Refund requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and any granted requests will only be able to receive up to a 50% refund due fees paid after the campaign.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
